Why workout solo when you can do it with others?
AbsoFIT offers Ladies Group PT sessions - focussing on strength training, AbsoBUGGY - a fitness class for mums and their babies, and AbsoBOOTCAMP - a full body workout for both men and women. Read on for all the information you need!
Ladies only Group PT is the ideal way to get stronger and fitter in a supportive and uplifting environment, while having a few laughs along the way. With no more than 6 in a group, classes are kept small to give you the individual attention you need. Group PT is a great motivator and we have built an awesome community of ladies who come together, build friendships and work so hard….
Group PT is a membership run in 4 week blocks. Different levels of memberships are available.

The session times for Group PT are as follow:
Monday 6.30pm - 7.15pm and 7.30pm - 8.15pm
Wednesday 12.00pm - 12.45pm
Thursday 9.30am - 10.15am
Friday 9.30am - 10.15am and 12.00pm - 12.45pm
You book your individual sessions each week, it doesn’t have to be the same slot, as who’s schedule stays the same?!

Booking for each session opens one week before the session start time. For example, on Tuesday at 9.30am you can book for next Tuesdays 9.30am session. Booking is done via the Gymcatch app and are allocated on a first come first serve basis, there is a waiting list option available.
4 week membership includes:

There are different price bands available giving you 4, 6 or 8 Group PT sessions in a 4 week block.

4 Group PT sessions for £70
Level 2
6 Group PT sessions for £90
Level 3
8 Group PT sessions for £110
You can also buy single classes to add onto your package for when you want to squeeze that extra session in!
FAQ
I’ve never strength trained at all, can I still come?
Absolutely! The classes are for all abilities and they are designed to educate you on exercises and to push you no matter your level.
Can I bring my child with me?
Yes, it’s a private studio so children are welcome along. Just bring along anything that will help to keep them entertained. The studio is a few flights of stairs up with no lift, so not ideal for buggies, however you will always get help carrying whatever you need. I am also qualified in pre and post natal training.
How many sessions can I do a week?
Level 1 gives you 4 sessions in a 4 week period, Level 2 is 6 sessions in 4 weeks and Level 3 is 8 sessions. Ideally this is spread out to 1or 2 sessions a week, however, if you know you can’t manage one week you can double up another week so you’re not missing out. Equally if you want more sessions in a 4 week period, there will be the option to purchase more on a pay as you go basis, depending on availability. The joy is in the flexibility, you book when suits you!
What if I have to cancel my session?
Cancellations can be done via Gymcatch and you can re-book for a different session. Please give as much notice as possible though to allow others to use your space.
What if no one else is booked onto my session?
On Gymcatch you can see how many people are booked onto a session. If no one is booked onto a session 2 hours before it is due to start, it will be cancelled. However, as long as someone is booked on it will usuaslly go ahead.
What if I can’t get booked onto the session I want?
Places are allocated on a first come, first serve basis and there is a waiting list. I monitor the bookings and numbers of memberships to try and ensure this doesn’t happen, but enevitably some time slots are more popular than others. You got to be quick if you want that slot!
Group Exercise Classes
AbsoFIT group classes are open to everyone who wants to workout, have fun, meet a great bunch of people and have some fun along the way! All abilities are welcome and kids can accompany you too. The AbsoFIT team are a welcoming bunch, so take the plunge and come along, it might just be the best thing you do!

An outdoor fitness class for mums and babes in buggys. This is a post-natal safe workout open to mums of all fitness abilities, the emphasis really is on getting out and about, moving and socialising. Babies from 6 weeks old (natural birth, 10-12 weeks c-section) to toddlers are welcome along. You get a good workout, the babies get some fresh air and you get to meet like minded mums!

A full body bootcamp/circuits style class. A mix of strength, hiit. core and workout games, every week is different. The ideal class to mix up your training.
