I love to help my clients get their sparkle back, encourage them to prioritise themselves and reach new potentials. I love to see them thrive and reach their goals through our sessions together. I truly believe the key is in the title, personal training should be just that...personal; each session will be tailored to you. As well as 1-2-1 coaching sessions, I look at your individual lifestyle and we will cover aspects of nutruition, menstrual cycle and general wellbeing. I specialise in strength training for runners and pre and post natal clients. Personal training sessions are held in a private studio:

My services include:

  • One to one personalised workout session, including education on the exercises involved

  • Nutrition advice

  • Menstraul cycle awareness training (if approproriate)

  • Overall wellbeing and lifestyle advice

  • Body composition checks and reviews to track progress (if desired)

  • Support, encouragement and advice along the way

Session times for Personal Training are Tuesday - Friday during the day. One hour session costs £40.00 and payment is monthly. I also offer Ladies only Group PT you can read more here.

Pre/Post Natal

Your body goes through many changes during and after pregnancy. You have grown a human inside you, which is an amazing thing, but make sure you treat your body with the respect it deserves throughout this process. I am a fully qualified coach in Pre/Post Natal exercise and would love to guide you through this time to ensure you exercise safely and efficiently, and maximise your workouts for the health of you and your baby. I can train you when you are pregnant and once you have had the baby, who of course can come along to the sessions with you. Sessions are held in a private studio so you can have the space and time to tend to your baby when needed throughout the session. Each pregnancy and childbirth experience is unique, please contact me to discuss pre/post natal training further.

Strength for Runners

I am passionate about running and spend a lot of my free time lacing up my running trainers! I’m also a big advocate for the importance of strength training for runners and the impact it can have on your performance. Strength training can reduce the risk of injury (every runners worst nighmare!), make you a more efficient and effective runner and ulitmately make you faster. I am a qualified Coach in Running Fitness, so can combine your strength sessions with a running plan to really maximise your time and potential.

I also offer Strength for Runners workshops. This 3 hour practical workshop guides you through strength exercises specific to running and gives you the tools you need to hit the gym yourself. New dates for 2024 to be announced soon. Email me to be the first to know!
